KATE ROBERTSON
BSc(Hons) MBA
Sports Therapist
Kate is a BSc (Honours) Graduate Sports Therapist from the University of Hertfordshire and owner of Kate Robertson Sports Therapy in the Scottish Borders.

Kate has her own clinic offering Sports Massage in Kelso town centre. She also holds clinic sessions in Galashiels, at TriFitness.
Appointments at TriFitness can be booked by gym members and non-members.
​
Kate has always enjoyed a variety of sports and exercise; particularly hill-walking, the open gym and exercise classes, running, swimming, and hockey.
Kate is fully insured and first-aid trained. Over the years, she has provided pitch-side first aid and sports massage to multiple sports teams, tournaments and at events; including rugby, hockey, lacrosse, and the London Marathon.

Exercise is so important for both physical and mental wellbeing,
Kate understands the frustrations of pain and injury and the impact on everyday life and exercise performance; she is always determined to find a solution to any problem you may have.
She will always encourage others to do what they enjoy first-and-foremost, and explore ways to personally challenge themselves, to learn and to grow.
When Kate isn't helping patients, you can find her teaching fitness classes at TriFitness gym and hand-sewing kilts and accessories.
