When you arrive at the Horsemarket Business Centre, the door to the building will only open when you are granted access via the intercom system. To enter, press number 4 on the intercom pad to the left of the glass door. The door will make a buzzing noise to let you know you can then open the door. 

The clinic is located on the 2nd floor.   You can either take the stairs immediately in front of you, or there is a lift to the left of the staircase. 

If you take the stairs, when you reach Level 2 you will see a sign and a door to Offices 3 and 4 to the left.  Go through the door into a short corridor.

In the corridor, there are toilets on your right, and the clinic (Office 4) at the end of the corridor on your right.

Accessible Information

A lift provides accessible access to the 2nd floor of the building.  Call the lift using the silver button on the right-hand-side of the lift door.  Step into the lift and wait for the door to close.  To operate the lift, you must hold the '2' button for the whole duration of the journey to Level 2.  The lift will stop when you reach Level 2 and announce your arrival. You can then push the door open.  Office 4 is immediately opposite the lift. 

There is a disabled toilet on Level 1, and female and male toilets on Level 2.

Parking

There is plenty of free parking in Kelso town centre; either in the parking bays along Horsemarket and Woodmarket, or in the car parks on the Square, East Bowmont Street, or at The Knowes Car Park.
